The ESMA E1002 ultrasonic pre-sterilization system is a fully-automated, single-tank unit with ultrasonic wash, ultrasonic rinse and hot air dry. The ESMA E1002 is the benchtop version of recessed model E397 and accommodates virtually any cassette, basket, or rack style instrument management system. At the push of a button, pre-heated solution is pumped into the tank, thoroughly removes contaminants from the instrument with high powered ultrasonics. The auto-rinse function then removes dragout contaminants eliminating the need for time-consuming tap rinsing. Finally, hot air drying effective dries instrument for immediate sterilization. Instruments are thoroughly pre-sterilized, labor costs are reduced, and productivity is increased.
