Ultrasonic Cleaners: Optical Lens Cleaning

The ESMA E700 ultrasonic cleaning system is a console-mounted, PLC-controlled, automatic system for cleaning, rinsing, and drying optical lenses. The console design includes heated storage tanks for cleaning solution and rinse water. Filtering of solution and rinse water allow for re-use with each cycle. The E700 helps to ensure residue-free lenses, ready for final coating. The E700 automated system reduces operator involvement, speeds total cycle time, and improves finished lens clarity.
